Our humble beginnings started in 2007, in a garage with one Captain and five students. Today, we are proud to say that we have served over 1500 students, with a large percentage of them getting hired by the Federal, State, and City Fire Departments in Hawaii. We are committed to process, we have learned from the past, and we are always looking for ways to improve. Imua!

Our team is made up of retired Fire Captains from the Honolulu Fire Department. Under the direction of our Founder, Captain Richard Soo, we have designed a program that helps prepare anyone interested in pursuing a rewarding career like Firefighting. We all believe that this is the best job in the world, and therefore we consider it an honor to help others along their journey.
